pkr95 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pkr95 ("pkr95," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkr95 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, financial services, promotions, and support channels available at pkr95.net.

By completing the pkr95 registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any portion of the pkr95 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with pkr95's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing pkr95 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, regardless of the device, operating system, browser, or network used to access the platform.

Access to and use of pkr95 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active pkr95 account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors may not register accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pkr95 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation when using your pkr95 account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkr95, or an immediate family member of any such individual.

pkr95 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) at any time for the purpose of verifying a player's age, identity, and residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on pkr95. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, mobile number, CNIC, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. pkr95 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

pkr95 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. Registration is a privilege, not a right.

Your pkr95 account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any interest in your account to any other person. Any such transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr95 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

pkr95 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purportedly from pkr95 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable any two-factor or OTP verification options made available by pkr95.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never share your login details with any other person, including family members.
• Contact pkr95 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pkr95 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the loss arises from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials, unless caused by pkr95's own negligence or system failure.

All transactions on pkr95 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr95 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not apply any currency conversion to player accounts.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. pkr95 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

pkr95 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its absolute discretion, particularly where the transaction appears inconsistent with the player's usual activity pattern, where fraud indicators are present, or where the payment method cannot be verified against the account holder's KYC information.

By depositing funds into your pkr95 account, you confirm that the funds are derived from lawful sources and do not represent the proceeds of criminal activity. pkr95 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit amounts.

Withdrawals from a pkr95 account may only be requested by the account holder following the successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with pkr95's anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, during periods of high transaction volume, or where a withdrawal triggers a manual compliance review.

pkr95 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players may be asked to provide additional documentation before large withdrawals are processed. pkr95 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or regulatory holds.

pkr95 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published alongside each offer.

General conditions that apply to all pkr95 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise include:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, device, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• pkr95 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Strategic play patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedging, arbitrage, or collusive play — constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• pkr95 may require players to opt in to receive bonuses. Opting out of a bonus cannot be reversed once the opt-out is confirmed.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Unfulfilled wagering at expiry results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

All casino games available on pkr95 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios whose random number generator (RNG) software has been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. pkr95 does not control the outcomes of any third-party game and is not responsible for software errors, disconnections, or technical faults that originate within a game studio's systems.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, pkr95 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Where a jackpot or significant win is paid as a result of a verifiable technical error, pkr95 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount.

Players agree to use the pkr95 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, software exploits, or any other mechanism that provides an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Sports betting markets on pkr95, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and kabaddi, are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and each bet type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. General sports betting conditions on pkr95 include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless pkr95 offers a "cash out" facility for that specific market.
• pkr95 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a human or technical error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, pkr95's rules for the relevant sport and competition will govern how bets are settled. Dead heat rules apply where applicable.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per player. These limits are published in the sportsbook help section and may be updated periodically.
• Live in-play betting markets are suspended and reopened at pkr95's discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr95 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other financial crime using the pkr95 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or exploit techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including matched betting, low-risk hedging specifically to clear bonuses, or account sharing for bonus purposes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or loopholes in the pkr95 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward pkr95 staff or other players.

pkr95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pkr95 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require pkr95 to restrict your access.
• The continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to pkr95 or other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pkr95 may withhold some or all of your account balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately found to have been legitimately deposited and not connected to any prohibited activity, pkr95 will return the net real-money balance after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts and costs incurred in the investigation.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting pkr95 customer support. Where an account is closed as a responsible gaming self-exclusion, separate rules apply as described in Section 12 below.

pkr95 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration alerts that notify them when a pre-set play duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which the account is suspended. The account may be reactivated after the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period and cannot be shortened or overridden by the player.

All content on the pkr95 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr95 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the pkr95 platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, scraped, framed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of pkr95. Unauthorised use of pkr95's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

pkr95 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any ownership rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr95 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pkr95 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any error, inaccuracy, omission, or delay in game outcomes, odds, or settlement of sports bets where the error does not originate within pkr95's own systems.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.
• The conduct or content of third-party game studios whose products are accessible through the pkr95 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr95's liability for death or personal injury caused by pkr95's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pkr95.

pkr95's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their pkr95 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to pkr95's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr95 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the pkr95 platform. pkr95 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request corrections, and to request deletion of their data where no legal obligation to retain it exists. Such requests should be directed to the pkr95 support team in writing.

pkr95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkr95 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page constitutes the current operative version. Your continued use of the pkr95 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the general principles of commercial law applicable in the jurisdiction in which pkr95 is licensed to operate.

pkr95 operates as an online gaming brand under international gaming standards. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. pkr95 makes no representation that the services described herein are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through pkr95's internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
